Bagging Practice Mod

This mod allows you to practice bagging in 2 player rooms online by changing the item distribution to emulate 9th & 10th place items in 1st & 2nd place.

There are 4 folders in this download:

Show ContentSpoiler:

"bagging" (which replaces the item probabilities)
"codes" (a GCT with 2 codes - force 150cc online, and reduce time limit to 3:30)
"riivolution" (contains XML patches and cheat code handler for Riivolution)
"WHackR" (Wiimmfi patched files that connect you to the WHackR region)

Step by step tutorial:

1. Extract the contents of the download on the root of your SD card.
2. Launch Riivolution and enable the following settings:

Ocarina Handler: GXDraw Hook is recommended - use VBI or AxNextFrame if this doesn't work
Use Codes: Enabled
WHackR: Enabled

3. Connect to Wiimmfi and open a room.
If you aren't seeing the Worldwide button, you are on the appropriate Wiimmfi region and thus won't get banned for using this mod.

Do not use this outside of the WHackR region or you will be banned. I am not responsible for any misuse of this mod.
